Relationship Between Alternate Endings and SCRIPTED

Alternate Endings is a for-profit limited liability company (LLC) that offers creative and consulting services related to end-of-life planning. Although the founder of Alternate Endings also founded SCRIPTed, the two entities are legally distinct and maintain separate governance, financial systems, and operational structures.

SCRIPTed: A Community Collaborative on Death and Dying is a nonprofit organization formed under Ohio law and governed by its own independent board of directors. It operates exclusively for charitable, educational, and community-based purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Alternate Endings may, at times, collaborate with or provide sponsorship to SCRIPTed in support of its charitable mission. Such collaborations will be clearly documented and comply with all relevant laws governing nonprofit–for-profit partnerships. No profits from Alternate Endings are used to subsidize SCRIPTed's charitable activities, and SCRIPTed does not endorse or promote the commercial services of Alternate Endings.
